There is no doubt that the design of Windows 95 still continues to remain the favorite of many users of the Windows system. So, Stardock, the software developer behind WindowBlinds, has brought a new “Windows Classic” theme that helps you travel back to the era of Windows 95. For those unaware, WindowBlinds is a computer program developed by Stardock that allows you to customize desktop interface themes called “skins” to personalize the look and feel of your desktop. According to the company, WindowBlinds allows you to change the color of your Windows GUI, change your wallpaper, give different windows their own specific look, and choose a new Windows taskbar and Start button. Stardock brings the newly added Windows 95-inspired Classic theme with the latest update to WindowBlinds 11 (version 11.0.1.0). This theme comes as a default option at no additional cost and works on both Windows 11 and Windows 10. However, you can download other themes through the company’s marketplace. Like the other themes, you will need to pair the WindowBlinds 11 app with Start11 to get the best Windows Classic theme experience where the Start menu, along with the taskbar, window frames, and control buttons, are themed too. “Along with the new theme, there are a couple of bug fixes in this release including better interoperability with Fences 4 along with an improved experience for selecting which themes to include during installation,” says Stardock. Those interested in downloading the WindowBlinds 11 app can do so by visiting Stardock’s official website or if you need to purchase the app, you can do so by clicking here.
