The “technical issue” involved the Google Takeout service, which allows you to download an archive of your Google Photos content. However, in this case, the bug delivered videos to the wrong people. The technical issue took place between November 21 and November 25 last year and it affected users who had requested for downloading of data through the Google Takeout service. In the patent, the company drew a design for a laptop that takes the place of the space bar with an extended touchpad.
