The online Facebook brawl between two groups of friends spilled out into the streets with a fistfight and later ended in gunfire that killed a 14-year-old girl and wounded two others in Alabama on Friday, authorities said. Ashok Chandwaney, 28, who is non-binary and uses they, them, and theirs as pronouns, publicly criticized Facebook’s approach of dealing with misinformation and for not doing enough to combat hate speech. “After nearly 5 1/2 years, today is my last day at Facebook. The fake Google email asks the potential victim to update his/her Google Chrome, which the email claims, has become outdated and insecure. The executable file pretending to be the Chrome Update is not attached with the mail itself but following the link from the mail leads to one of the several compromised websites hosting the malware laden files. The file named as “ChromeSetup.exe” is not a Chrome Update but a Ransomware variant, CTB Locker/Critroni Ransomware....

Earlier this week Google once again notified Gtalk users to upgrade to Google hangout coz the app will go unoperational after Feb 16th.
