Majority of the upgrades this time around, are mostly focused on competing in the ever growing competitive marketplace with a larger screen and better camera hardware. Additionally, the company has streamlined the design and the new Moto E features the same build with splash-proof nano-coating we saw on this year’s Moto G. On the specifications front, the Moto E flaunts a 5-inch 720p IPS panel stepping up from 4.5-inches and sports “built-in smudge-resistant screen protector”. Underneath, it is powered by a Quad-Core processor, 2800mAh battery along with MicroSD card expansion. Complete details for the exact chipset, RAM and storage are yet to be revealed. There’s an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies. Lenovo, despite the low price, hasn’t sacrificed much when it comes to connectivity options as the phone supports Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. It runs on near stock Android Marshmallow with a couple of neat Moto additions.
