The Hack The twitter account of the late star was supposed to be locked when the hacking occured. The Account, tweeted links to diet spam. This was particular insensitive to the loved ones of Peaches as it is a known fact that they were worried about her health in her last few days. The tweet released from her account read:
— Kimberley Dadds (@KimberleyDadds) November 7, 2014 Story of Peaches Peaches Honeyblossom Geldof-Cohen (13 March 1989 – 6 or 7 April 2014)was an English journalist, television presenter and model. Raised in London, Geldof was educated at Queen’s College after her parents’ divorce in 1996, and later moved to New York City where she worked as a writer for the UK edition of Elle Girl magazine. She also worked in television, producing and developing her own TV programmes which aired in the United Kingdom in 2006. She worked for Elle magazine right up till it was forced to close down and starred and produced a number of shows. For a person who’s life was displayed on television, her death was caused by heroin overdose and created a furore. She used to hide heroin – 61% pure in her bedroom. That fateful day, she injected too much heroin into her bloodstream and died of the overdose. She had spoken about her drug abuse previously, but had described it as youthful experimentation. “Yeah, I’ve taken drugs. Yes, I have had experiences, and a few of those experiences were unsavoury, not ones I want to repeat, but I was growing up, I wanted the experience,” she said in a 2009 interview. “It made me feel sick. I wasn’t hugely into drugs, and I’m sober now…. I’m not Amy Winehouse. I never have been. I wasn’t a crackhead.” In a statement after her death, Peaches’ father Bob Geldof, the former Boomtown Rat, said: “We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?”
