It is worthwhile to remember that Apple watch does not feature Apple Safari. 9to5Mac reports that though this hack is simply impractical it lays a foundation for jailbreaking the Apple Watch. Comex does not promise that Apple Watch jailbreak will come any time soon neither has he leaked the details of the hack public.
The video shows a fragmented Google search bar under Comex thumb. Even the Copy/Define which pops up menu covers the entire watch face.
